| A (non Refundable) Deposit is paid in Advance (£20 or 1 day stay ) this will reserve your room (s). The Proprietor Reserves the right to amend curtail or terminate the contract (booking) should the conduct of any person who is part of the contract (Booking/form/ Register) cause any detriment to the wellbeing or comfort of other guests .(without refund). Guests may be subject to a Bond of £10 per person if the Proprietors feel the need. ( in case of Damage/Excess Noise. Refundable on departure). after inspection of the room (s). Any all Damages must be paid for by the person who's Signature appears on the (Booking) Register form. this is a no smoking Guesthouse. (it is against the Law). anyone caught smoking on the premises will be asked to leave without refund .By Signing our Booking Register you abide by the conditions of the Summerville Guesthouse Terms & Conditions.
